Tillman Engineering has been in business since 1988 with an office in Port Hadlock, Washington. We have been at the same location since our modest begins, and have been fortunate to have grown through the years. Over time we have expanded from one small room of a shared office to our present size, occupying an entire floor of an office complex for our staff and equipment. It has been through hard work on our part but also the trust of our clients and the community that has brought us their business, and we are grateful for that bond.

We endeavor to weigh the challenges of growth with the responsibility to the community to provide sound and lasting contributions to our infrastructure. On our many private, municipal, and commercial projects over the years it has been our aim to provide good judgment, leadership, and technical excellence. One of our primary principles at the core of our business goals is a long term commitment to the area and investment in it towards making it a better place. With that in mind we build upon the social needs and responsibilities of today and balance what exists with the needs of the future. In doing so, our goal is to make this area that we call home, a place that we want to be our home and a place that our children and theirs will want to as well.

We translate this vision to the needs of our clients in a concrete way. Drawing on tried, true and tested designs along with innovative new approaches and constantly evolving techniques and technology, we bring our considerable resources to each project. And along with in-depth knowledge of the area, and expertise in the rules, regulations, requirements, and processes at all levels of of state and county government, we are uniquely positioned to provide sensible, affordable engineering solutions as fast as possible to our clients.
